Sunday Long Run 9th February

If you're training for your next marathon, half marathon, trail run, or just love some company on your Sunday Long Run, join us for our monthly long run. The Mad Rabbit Crew will be partnering with us for these long runs, and providing pace groups for a broad range of abilities. Choose your distance and pace groups on the day. The first long run of our summer series will follow the scenic Gardiners Creek Trail.

Arrive at 6:45am.
