The outsole’s spike configuration is designed to increase traction. It helps create advanced grip without causing too much resistance with the track's surface.

Otherwise a general care guide is to hand wash using a laundry soap, a soft brush or nail brush, in cold or warm water (not hot). Do not machine wash.
