Gel Mix Flask 350 ml is a soft flask made specifically for fueling with Gel Mix 480 when training or racing. Designed to be carried in a running vest, waist belt, or back pocket. Equipped with a SpeedFill™ cap for fast refills and a bite valve for fueling easily over challenging terrain.

A fueling solution that enables you to carry up to 120g of carbohydrates in your pocket. The bite valve simplifies consumption on the move — on gravel, trails, or mid-race when not wanting to stop. The SpeedFill™ cap makes refills fast by easily popping the cap open. Compatible with the Gel Mix 480 sachet — the opening is designed to fit directly into the top of the flask. Compact enough for a vest pocket, waist belt, or back pocket.

• How to prepare with Gel Mix Flask 350 ml

  1. Fill flask to the line with 200 ml of water. 

  2. If wanting to personalise taste, add preferred Addition first and shake. 

  3. Pour in Gel Mix 480 from sachet. 

  4. Shake flask vigorously again until dissolved. 

  5. Let the mix rest for 5 minutes before consuming.

Otherwise a general care guide is to hand wash using a laundry soap, a soft brush or nail brush, in cold or warm water (not hot). Do not machine wash.
